We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays. We’re open for self-guided tours daily here, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
We offer pet-friendly studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments as well as two and three-bedroom two-story townhomes to fit different lifestyles and budgets. Our apartment community is located minutes from Downtown Indianapolis in the Herron Morton neighborhood. We have high rankings for walkability and bikeability (shown here), and are also close to I-65, so you can easily move around the city.
Our community is in the IPS District, which includes Center for Inquiry, The Oaks Academy Primary School, The Oaks Academy Middle School, and Herron High School.
Grocery stores near our community include several Kroger locations, Dollar General, Whole Foods, Goose the Market, and ALDI.

No, the upfront pet fee and monthly pet rent are waived for a registered ESA. A doctor’s note or certificate must be submitted to show your pet is registered.

Moving In
On the day your lease begins, all leaseholders ages 18 and older must sign the lease agreement on the resident portal here and submit all payments, including: security deposit, prorated rent, and upfront pet fees (if applicable). These can be paid via check or money order. We cannot hand over keys until these steps are completed! Other required items include renter’s insurance documentation and pet ESA paperwork (if applicable). For questions, please contact our team. We want your move-in day to be as seamless as possible!
Your keys will be held in the leasing office and are only available for pickup during regular business hours.
We have one large elevator in each large building for move-in, and easy access to the buildings without elevators. We do not have a loading dock, but we have free street parking and low traffic. You'll find places to park and unload your truck or vehicle on your move-in day. Contact our team with questions or concerns.

We do! Our coworking clubhouse with WIFI is a great spot to work from home, and our coffee bar is here for that afternoon pick-me-up you need.
We have covered garage parking and a select number of detached covered garage parking spaces available. For pricing and availability, contact our office. We also have free street-level parking that is first-come, first-served. This is available for both residents and their guests. All resident vehicles must be registered with our office to avoid towing.

Resident Support

Rent is due by the 5th of each month. Payments made after the 5th of the month will begin to incur penalties, outlined in your lease agreement here.
To submit a maintenance request, log in to your resident portal here. Our team will respond to non-emergency work orders during regular business hours. In case of emergency, please call 911.
Lease renewal notices are posted on the resident portal here 75-90 days before your lease end date. Renewals can be completed on the resident portal or in person.
Moving Out
If you need to break your lease for any reason, you can do so. However, you will be required to pay a fine of two month’s rent and will owe through 60 days, totaling 4 months’ rent. This is outlined in your lease agreement on the resident portal here.

When it's time to move out, drop off all keys to the leasing office in an envelope with your apartment number listed and submit any final payments including your prorated rent. After your move-out, your apartment is carefully assessed to ensure it’s ready for the next resident. Our team completes a detailed review of the space, noting any damages beyond normal wear and tear. If applicable, charges are applied in accordance with your lease agreement here.
If the apartment is left in good condition with only standard wear and tear, security deposit reimbursements are submitted within 60 days of your move out.
